Here in Hollywood, it is sometimes difficult for a creative person to quickly figure out how to live a healthy life.   Why? Billboards, magazines, netflix, fast-paced consumer-culture that rips away one trend while simultaneously caressing the next big money-making human obsession.  The reason I say this is because we NEED more artists like Crystal McGrath here in Hollywood.  People who inspire us to be better and to look in the mirror.  "There is that tiny voice inside of all of us that, tiny bit of self-doubt that creeps into our thoughts. It’s hard not to let those thoughts take over our confidence especially when you have people in your life that confirm your worst fears.
