Here in Hollywood, it is sometimes difficult for a creative person to quickly figure out how to live a healthy life. Why? Billboards, magazines, netflix, fast-paced consumer-culture that rips away one trend while simultaneously caressing the next big money-making human obsession. The reason I say this is because we NEED more artists like Crystal McGrath here in Hollywood. People who inspire us to be better and to look in the mirror.
